Do you ever hear a sermon that just nails an issue with which you’ve struggled (or – as in this case – teaches a passage correctly which you’ve heard butchered many times in the past), and you just want to shout in joy and agreement??
Yeah, this is one of them. For me, anyway. Of course, not every sermon is going to hit every person at the same place or in the same way. We each have different experiences, struggles, relationships, backgrounds, pet sins, needs, levels of maturity, levels of understanding, etc…and the Lord provides rather customized conviction, encouragement, teaching and profit for each person sitting under the teaching of His Word (He’s awesome like that!).
