"He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure." Psalm 40:2

A simple way to be a witness

How can we be a witness? As women especially, what are practical ways to share Christ without overstepping our Scriptural boundaries? Well, here’s one idea. I can’t say that this was our original idea, we heard it from a former Pastor of ours and began seeking to do it regularly as well as tell our friends about it. I’ve had many experiences related to offering prayer to strangers, but I haven’t yet been blessed with this experience our dear friend Aaron and his wife had recently. Enjoy his little tale – and let it inspire you to be a witness for Christ this week. 🙂

EFMission - Aaron's Blog

My wife and I got this idea from our friends Mike and Jenni that whenever we go to a restaurant, we ask the waiter/waitress if there is anything we can pray for them for. It is amazing the conversations and witnessing opportunities this creates. Sometimes you get some weird looks, sometimes some sad stories, sometimes a witnessing opportunity, but rarely what happened last night at Denny’s.
